Handicap-Em app for iPhone and iPad

Handicap ‘Em is designed for the travelling group of golfers who play various Golf courses other than their home course. It provides them with a very quick ability to determine the handicap they should be using for the course they’ve selected to play that day.

To calculate their handicap all that is needed is their Handicap Index, which any serious golfer will have established either through their local club or local USGA affiliated handicapping organization. The other factor required for handicap calculation is the SLOPE of the course playing. The SLOPE is always on the Scorecard and varies depending on the Tees playing that day; the more difficult Tees being the longer Tees will have a larger SLOPE than the shorter Tees, thus the larger the Slope, the more difficult the course.

To use Handicap ‘Em …
1.Set slider to desired SLOPE (range is 55 to 155 per USGA). Slider is default set to 113, which is USGA ‘average’ Slope value.
2.Enter Players Names if desired, although not required.
3.Enter each player’s Handicap Index.

Note as you enter the Indexes, the Course Handicap will change for that person.
